POST AND PACKAGING
POSTAGE
All orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days. If you require an order quicker then please contact us.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery, which guarantee a 1pm next day delivery. All orders are insured and trackable.
PACKAGING
All autographs are put into a protective sleeve, placed between two pieces of stiff mounting card and then put into a bubble lined envelope.
CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been completed and sent, we will email you the trackable delivery number so that you can track your order if you so wish.
COST
The cost of all of the above services will be an additional £6.50 per order.
RETURNS
If you do receive an order that has been damaged by the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, please notify us at once and we will initiate a claim from the Postal Services. We will ask that you return the order with all original packaging and any other documentation that came with the purchase and delivery.
The Postal Service will want to see the damage before settling a claim. This, unfortunately, can take several weeks to complete.
Once the claim has been settled, you will receive a full refund of any damaged items in your order and all delivery charges, including any that you may have incurred in returning your item(s).
